Julia Scott Green is an emerging photomedia artist and educator based in Brisbane, AU. She studied photography at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University.

She has taught visual communication and photography courses across the University of Queensland, the Queensland University of Technology, and is currently teaching at the Queensland College of Art.

Julia approaches photography as both idea and medium; her practice responds to the constant shifts in technological and conceptual advancement in the field. She is driven by a sustained interest in the porosity of photography and the powerful role that photographic images play in shaping and expanding our perception of the world.
